Guided by award-winning baristas

Every two hours, a small group of 21 guests joins our award-winning baristas and SCA-certified trainers for a guided tasting.

  • Five coffee courses of rare Cup of Excellence coffees, among them Geisha and Parainema, roasted daily at our roastery
  • Pairings of artisan desserts and elevated Honduran classics, from deconstructed gallina india to delicate tamalito, each made to mirror the notes of its coffee
  • The stories of the farmers, processes and landscapes behind every cup
  • Panoramic views from one of Roatán's highest points, out to mainland Honduras and the Cayos Cochinos
