We roast award-winning Honduran coffee on site, so your guests can taste it the way it's meant to be. Add any of these to your event:

A coffee cocktail bar: espresso martinis and more, made by our baristas

A private Coffee Omakase for up to 21 guests, with a Cup of Excellence tasting flight as an upgrade

Up to 18 guests

Enclosed and intimate: board dinners, private tastings, small celebrations.

Up to 45–50 guests

The heart of the venue, beside the kitchen and bar: dinners, presentations, receptions.

East Terrace

Open-air, with views across the island: breakfasts, ceremonies, cocktails.
